Each service comes with a clear scope and agreed-upon pricing before work begins. We ensure transparency at every step.

3. Payments

We believe in transparency when it comes to payments. Here’s how our payment process works:

• Full payment is required upfront for most services
• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renewed
• If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your next billing date
• Delayed payments beyond 7 days may pause or end your project

4. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to:

• One-Time Services
• Monthly Retainers
• Consultations
• Strategy or Creative Work

Please ensure you're confident in what you're booking before proceeding with payment. We are happy to clarify any questions beforehand.

5. What You Own

Once your project is fully paid for, the final deliverables belong to you. However, we may still showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Ownership of third-party licenses or software will not transfer to you.

6. Tools We Use

To deliver top-quality results, we use tools such as:

• Meta Business Manager
• Google Tools (Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Third-Party CRMs, Design Tools, and Scheduling Tools

By working with us, you give us permission to use these tools on your behalf. We ensure your login details and data are kept safe and confidential.

7. Our Boundaries

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads or sales, as many factors depend on platforms, market conditions, and timing. We will do our best to help you succeed, but we cannot control all variables.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs or changes made by the client during the project.

8. Ending the Relationship

We reserve the right to cancel any service if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment is delayed
• We receive abusive or unethical requests
• Work is misused

You can cancel your service at any time with proper notice (as specified in the billing terms above).

9. Legal Stuff

If a dispute arises, we’ll make every effort to resolve it directly. If we’re unable to come to a resolution, the issue will be governed by the laws of Pune, India.
